Skies outside cities

Published 2020-08-06

I grew up with skies outside of cities which are the skies most people in most of history grew up with. At the cabin there is an old spotter scope and an even older tripod and we managed to fit them together and see all the amazing sky things. Rings of Saturn, moons of Jupiter, sea of tranquility, the Milky Way.

I grew up with the Milky Way but I was 14 when I first saw the ocean. These kids: the opposite.
